Apple Compiling list of Web Based Apps

In yet another attempt to stick to their guns regarding native 3rd party apps for the iPhone, Apple Insider is reporting that Apple is compiling a list of web based apps to display on their website.

Insiders say apple is contacting these developers on the down low asking them to submit website addresses, icons and site information for this list.

It was suggested that this list of “approved” apps could be listed on their site as early as today, update 10:20pm ET and still no list as far as I can tell.
