iPhone 1.1.2 jailbreak confirmed

12 November 2007 0 views No Comment

Just a few days after the release of firmware 1.1.2 for the iphone a jailbreak has been confirmed. We have gotten our hands on the step by step directions and they don’t seem to hard.

Everything you need to jailbreak 1.1.2 is found at this jailbreakme.com website.

Basically you’ll need to start with 1.1.1, so if you haven’t upgraded yet, don’t and if you have already done so you’ll need to downgrade first.

Just follow the step by step directions (which of course implies no warranty of any kind that it’ll actually work for you) and in just a few minutes you’ll have third party apps back on your phone.
