Apple vs Flash Battle Royal
The battle continues between Apple and Adobe but is there an end to the feud in sight?
Prior to the iPhone release Apple and Adobe were good friends. They did nothing but good things for each other. But now, since the iphone currently does not support Flash, Adobe’s patience is wearing thin. There has been sepuclation as to why it was not included, namely giving people access to flash would make it easy to use VOIP which would not make AT&T very happy.
However with a 3G verision of the iPhone looming this could mean we finally get flash on our iPhones.
As Charny notes this spat could be resolved by the end of the month. I’d be shocked if Apple and Adobe didn’t work this Flash spat out. After all, Adobe’s CS3 drives Mac sales and vice versa. These two have a long history that’s unlikely to be derailed over the iPhone.

I hope so! I’ve been waiting over half a year for it. Mobile safari is pretty gimpy without it.
