For the last few weeks I’ve been on a never ending search for a black jack game for the iPhone.   Today I decided to try Black Jack Pro by G3 Studios.

Currently Black Jack Pro is getting 3 stars in the app store.  After going through the reviews it seems it had some issues early on, like some apps do.  However it seems they did some upgrades which improved the game greatly and also improved the reviews.

Upon loading up the game you’re taken to the main screen with several different options.  Start off by creating a player.  Enter your name and choose various options including: table rates, amount of decks and rules.

Game play itself is very clean and smooth.  The setup is you against the dealer.  The dealer is an animated pair of white gloves.  Once your cards are dealt you can tap the screen to HIT or swipe to STAND.

Overall, I’m going to give this game a 4 out of 5 stars.  The combination of intuitive game play, smooth graphics and super cheep $5.99 price tag make this a must have iphone game.
