AT&T Releases iPhone App: Mark the Spot
Are you an iphone user frustrated by dropped calls or poor service? Well AT&T apparently is ready to listen and has developed an app, Mark the Spot, where you can pinpoint and submit the exact place where your call was dropped.
This is huge step in admitting the issue for AT&T but at the end of the day it’s all about fixing the issue. I assume this is just another part of the damage control cased by a series of Verizon ads claiming that AT&T has very poor service.
Personally I think this is a great idea and will give us iphone users at least a sense that the problem is being addressed. But like I said earlier it’s all about what they do with that data next. If they use it to pinpoint the problem areas and take corrective measure then I’d personally be a very happy AT&T customer.

Mark the Spot app is a network failure reporting tool. And I also think it’s a good idea and useful for us.
