Jet Ball: iPhone Game Review

Jet Ball is my new current favorite game on the iphone.  In 1976 the world was introduced to a game called Breakout by Atari and by 2010 there have been hundreds, dare I say thousands of clones each with their own additions.  Jet Ball for the iphone takes that “breakout” concept but turns it into a modern day game that is really hard to put down.

I have to say I’m really addicted to this game right now.  The first two levels of Jet Ball where challenging but not difficult to get through.  Today I’m working on level 3′s boards and it’s definitely making it difficult to stop playing, it’s that much fun.

The concept is simple in Jet Ball, remove all the blocks (both static and moving) from the level and then you move on to the next level.  Along the way you’ll receive bonuses such as missiles, multi-balls, shields, acid balls etc.  All of these can either help or make your mission more difficult.

We give this game 4.9/5 – well worth the $.99 cents!
