California based M-Digital Media today announces Daredevil Dave: Motorcycle Stuntman! 1.0 for iPhone and iPod touch, a game featuring a humorous combination of ragdoll physics and high speed, high flying motorcycle action.

Gigantic Mechanic today releases Gigaputt 1.2 for iPhone and iPod touch. Gigaputt is an augmented reality golfing app that turns your neighborhood into a full golf course.

Jet Ball is my new current favorite game on the iphone.  In 1976 the world was introduced to a game called Breakout by Atari and by 2010 there have been hundreds, dare I say thousands of clones each with their own additions.  Jet Ball for the iphone takes that “breakout” concept but turns it into a modern day game that is really hard to put down.

Almost every college aged person would know of the iPhone game Kings and Servants if they used it’s common name, Asshole.  “Asshole” or Kings and Servants is a very popular card game often associated with drinking.  The game is easy to play and Kings and Servants does a great job bringing this to life on the iPhone.

Viderea, Inc. today announced that sales for X Invasion 2 increased on a week-over-week basis by over 100 fold on the App Store. Invasion 2 is a genre-redefining 3D arcade-style flight combat game for the iPhone and iPod touch. Hostile aliens have invaded San Francisco, and you must save mankind from the X Invasion. For the week ended March 21, 2010, X Invasion 2 saw a 17000% increase in sales and rose to the #7 Top Paid Arcade Game.

Phase 10 is a very popular card game created in 1982 and is currently the second best selling card game.  I’m a huge fan of Phase 10  and when I saw it in the app store I downloaded it immediately.  After a few hours of playing I’m hooked.

Broken Thumbs Apps, a family-owned and operated iPhone OS app developer, today announced the release of Beer Toss 1.0, an addictive, easy-to-play casual game, where the player flicks as many consecutive beers to thirsty patrons as they can. Beer Toss features 4 unique beer-loving locations, a Beer Fridge that stores special trophy beers earned while playing the game, Open Feint achievements and leaderboards, as well as original graphics and sounds that create a lively ambiance for tossing beers.

It took a matter of 2 tries and I was hooked on the new game Knife Toss by Crawl Space Games.

Doodle Jump by Lima Sky has been the #1 top paid app for sometime now in the App Store so I just had to check it out.  I shelled out the $.99 cents and have not stopped playing since.
