The long awaited and rumored event has finally been announced by Apple. Let’s talk iPhone will be held on Oct 4th. Lots of speculation around what will be talked about but the top 3 are iPhone 5, iOS 5 and probably a 4S.
The redesigned iPad 2 will officially release on March 11th with a new look and feel. It’s 33% thinner and 15% lighter just to name a few of it’s differences…

If you are an existing Verizon customer then today is the day you can pre-order your iPhone. I’m sure it will come as no surprise but Verizon and Apple are being hammered with pre-order requests.
Verizon announced today that it will be finally releasing the iPhone on it’s network. The iPhone 4 will be available for pre-order to all existing Verizon customers and on February 10th it will be available to everyone.
BGR claims to have confirmed with a source close to Apple that they have started a vacation freeze for it’s employees between February 3rd and February 6th. This type of freeze in the past has been related to a major launch. Could this mean that the iPhone is finally being a launched on Verizon?

Among the top few were Red Laser, VoucherCloud, BillMinder by Return 7, Meter Readings and Extreme Budget Planner. The article is definitely a good read if you’re looking for financial apps for the iphone, android or blackberry.
